My Story

Priority Nissan of Chantilly sold me a company vehicle used for our business that has had nothing but problems. We purchased a service contract and full warranty at $4000 and now that after putting 10,000 miles on the vehicle it needs $8000 work done the warranty claim has been denied based on the fact that it is a commercial use vehicle as it is a school bus, the $4000 warranty Nissan Solis is no void and has no validity behind it. Nissans management has refused to speak with me and could care less about my problem. This is put my business out of a vehicle and short 14 seats which costs our program gravely at about $14,000 a month loss this whole situation may even be the result of our business closing down. There have been multiple issues ever since purchasing the vehicle. We have hardly been able to use the vehicle as it is current always being serviced. Nissan took our money an sold us a lemon. At teh same time I bought another vehicle a nissan titan xd from browns Nissan that also blew up shortly after purchase. I was promised $4k fir this truck plus a new replacement and never receive either. I strongly feel being a women plays a large role in being taken advantage of. After looking at the dealership reviews I found that 54% are 1 star reviews. How they continue to rip people off an stay in business doing so is a shock. If you woul dlike to send me information on your case I would be happy to spearhead a class action lawsuit. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my story.
